Rigole monobloc din beton cu fantă
De foarte mulți ani, Betonwerk Neu-Ulm este unul dintre principalii producători germani de rigole monolitice din beton armat de mare stabilitate, iar din anul 2023 Betonwerk s-a alăturat familiei ACO.
Rigola ACO PowerSlot a fost dezvoltată pentru a oferi o soluție de colectare a apelor pluviale cu o abordare prefabricată, robustă, cu o viteză de instalare foarte mare.
Rigolele cu fantă din beton armat sunt potrivite pentru instalare în următoarele aplicații: platforme aeroportuare, platforme industriale, tuneluri, porturi, stații de carburanți, drumuri și autostrăzi.

- ACO PowerSlot D: 10R, 15R (elemente prefabricate de 2m lungime)
- ACO PowerSlot E: 20R, 20/30, 30R, 30/40 (alte dimensiuni la cerere: 25R, 40R, 50R, 60R, 30/55, 60/90) - 4m lungime
- ACO PowerSlot F: 20R, 20/30, 30R, 30/40 (alte dimensiuni la cerere: 25R, 40R, 50R, 60R, 30/55, 60/90) - 4m lungime
- Gamă completă de accesorii: elemente de descărcare și de vizitare, plăci de capăt
- Elemente de conectare în L, T, Y - disponibile la cerere, cu orice lungime/unghi
- Rigolă etanșă datorită garniturii EPDM integrată la îmbinare
- Clase de sarcini D400-F900, testate conform SR EN 1433
- Instalare tip I, conform SR EN 1433, fără încastrare în beton

Beneficii la instalare
Avantajele noului sistem PowerSlot încep cu instalarea acestuia.
Fiind alcătuit din elemente prefabricate, sistemul Pfuhler se remarcă prin timpii reduși de instalare și prin posibilitatea de a fi montat chiar și pe timp de iarnă sau în condiții meteorologice nefavorabile.
Întreținerea și curățarea sunt operațiuni simple.
Un sistem liniar de drenaj cu fante este mai puțin vulnerabil decât un sistem punctual, mai ales datorită reducerii numărului de conducte subterane. În general, aluviunile depuse în partea inferioară a rigolei pot fi îndepărtate prin fante sau prin elementele de inspecție, folosind echipamente de spălare cu presiune.
